By virtue of the power vested in me pursuant to section 7 paragraph “3” and section 13f
paragraph 7 of the RA 10742, otherwise known as the SK Reform Act of 2015, you are hereby
appointed as Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of Barangay San Antonio, Candon City, Ilocos
Sur.
By the virtue therefore, you may qualify and enter the performance of the duties,
functions and responsibilities of the office entitled to avail of the benefits accorded to the
Sangguniang Kabataan Officials as stipulated under section 14 paragraph “5” of R.A. 10742,
otherwise known as the SK Reform Act of 2015.
This appointment shall take effect after the concurrence by the Sangguniang Kabataan
through a resolution and upon taking your oath of office.
