Pursuant to Section 7 of RA 10742, as amended, the SK Chairperson shall appoint the

SK Secretary and SK Treasurer, from among the members of the KK, with the concurrence of
the majority of all the SK Members, and by the virtue of the powers vested in me by the law,
you are here by appointed as SK SECRETARY of this barangay effective upon taking the Oath
of Office.

In view hereof, you may immediately enter upon the discharge of the duties and
functions, appurtenant to the position.
