CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding Officer SK Chairperson Fredie P. Manguray called the session to order at 1:15 in
the afternoon.

INVOCATION
SK Kagawad Mylen Medina led the prayer.

ROLL CALL
The secretary was directed by the presiding officer for a roll call. Having the presence of
eighteen (6) members including himself, he declared the quorum.

READING AND REVIEW OF MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSIONS

The presiding officer gave the members three (3) minutes to go over the minutes of the
previous regular session for corrections or revisions.

There being no correction made, on motion or SK Kagawad Katherine M. Macelo duly seconded
by SK kagawad Zharyn Quijano the minutes of the previous regular session dated August 09
2021 was approved.
CALENDAR OF BUSINESS

- Business for the Day

1. Finalizing the SK Feeding Program 2022
The body headed by the Presiding officer finalizes the plans and activities for the
upcoming Feeding Program 2022.

APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS VOTE OF ALL THE MEMBERS PRESENT.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no other matters to be taken up, on motion of Zharyn Quijano duly
seconded by John Vic Gallego, the meeting was adjourned at 3:01 o’clock in the afternoon of
the same day.
