I. CALL TO ORDER
Hon. Jasmine Gumandoy called to order the first session of the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Luka at 9:30 in the morning on Dec.22,2023 held at Luka Barangay Hall.

II. OPENING PRAYER

The opening prayer was leaded by our SK Chairperson, Hon. Jasmine Gumandoy.

III. ROLL CALL

Sec. Jan D V Mae Baylosis conducted a roll call. Only Hon. Kieth Brian Cayon was
absent, so the presiding officer declared quorum.

IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING
 The reading and approval of the last minutes was skipped due to the meeting
conducted at the time being the first SK session.

HIGHLIGHTS/ AGREEMENTS
The rules were formulated by our SK Chairperson
in concurrence with the SK Council.
1) HOUSE RULES:
a) In the conduct of meetings, all members
of the council shall wear:
i) Polo shirt
ii) Pants
iii) Shoes
b) 30 minutes grace period time
c) Snacks
i) Need to contribute 20 php for
snacks.
d) Absences (Case to Case Basis)
i) Sickness
ii) Special Occasions
iii) Emergencies
2) PENALTIES:
a) Any SK council who fails to attend the
said meeting in two (2) consecutive days
will be fined Php200.00.
b) Any SK council who will be late every
meetings will be fined Php100.00
The SK Chairperson in concurrence with the SK
council appointed Ms. Jan D V Mae Baylosis as
secretary and Mr. Justine Lauron as treasurer.
The appointment of the committee heads was
 OF COMMITTEE HEADS done by nomination and division of the house.
Thus, in concurrence with the SK Council, the
following SK Councilor’s were appointed as
committee heads.

5 OTHER MATTERS 1. THANKSGIVING PARTY

i. On Dec. 23, 2023, at 10 in the morning ,

cleaning of the covered court.
ii. On Dec. 23, 2023, at 1 in the afternoon,
design on stage.
iii. On Dec. 23,2023, at 4 in the afternoon, the
SK Councilor’s should be there to assist in
games and in distribution of the Christmas
gifts.
iv. After the party, helps each other to clean up
the trash.

VII. Annoucements
 Clean-Up Drive on Dec. 26, 2023 together with the Barangay and SK officials started
from Harag waiting shed @7 in the morning.
 Every Christmas party on each Purok, we must visit.
