1. The meeting was called to order at 6:08 PM by Grand Knight, Keith Kasubaski.
2. Grand Knight, Keith Kasubaski, led the Council in the opening prayer.

8. Financial Secretary’s report:

9. After some discussion about scholarships, a Motion was made and approved to
include college students in addition to high school seniors for future scholarships.
10. Grand Knight, Keith Kasubaski, led a discussion about a Lenten Fish Fry. It was
decided to finalize any decision at the February Council meeting when the status
of the new church pews is known.
11. The Council agreed to have a Corporate Communion in the near future. A date
will be determined when the status of the new church pews is known.
12. A Motion was made and approved to do the Tootsie Roll Campaign on
Friday, May 5, and Saturday, May 6. Keith Kasubaski will confirm with
Pick ‘N Save and Piggly Wiggly.
13. A Motion was made and approved to pay Troy Bielmeier’s dues because of his
family’s hardship involving his daughter, Josie Bielmeier.
14. A Motion was made and approved to donate $500 to the Josie Bielmeier Fund. It
will be awarded at the benefit for her.
15. A Motion was made and approved to purchase bibles from the State Council for
the 12 Confirmation students at St. Joseph’s.
16. A discussion was held about selling tickets for Quick Trip car washes as a
fundraiser. No decision was made at this time.
17. Grand Knight, Keith Kasubaski, reported the balance of the Boy Scout Fund is
$13,382.28.
c. The District Tootsie Roll order has been placed. They should be shipped
between mid-March and early April.

d. The St. Joseph Icon arrived and has been at Sacred Heart Church in
Poysippi and St. Mark’s Church in Redgranite. The weekend of
January 28 & 29, it will be at Saints Peter & Paul Church in Weyauwega.
21. Grand Knight, Keith Kasubaski, announced the names on the Good of the Order.
Keith then led everyone in an Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory Be to the Father
was said for all on the following list:
22. Thanks to Keith Kasubaski for providing the delicious pulled pork sandwiches and
brownies for dessert.
24. Grand Knight, Keith Kasubaski, led the Council in a closing prayer and adjourned
the meeting at 6:52 PM.
