we are team Dunder Mifflin and we’ll present to you the strategy which will help Alpha Edu sustain in the online education market.

So, since the start of 2020, we’ve seen a massive 900% increase in revenue in online EdTech industry. This trend is going along with the increasing resources and
self paced learning of users.

Now in the Global market, companies like by Byju’s and Coursera the market leaders of the flexibility and personalization whereas in Bangladesh, 10 minute
school has been the pioneer in local online education.

So, the task we have in hand is to create a strategy for Alpha Edu to stand out in the crowd.

If we take a look at Alpha Edu, the company started its operation in 2018 and has been providing top quality contents with skilled instructors. But due to the
competition in the market, it is failing to get the attention that it desired.

our target group is divided in two segments which are for academic purpose, and skill related guidelines. male and female from age 10 to 28 and with moderate
to high tech presence .

Alpha Edu is now facing problems due to changed trends in online education industry, there is huge competition already and it is really difficult to stand out in this
field

All these leads to the core issue which is the absence of proper strategy and differentiating offerings to give users their preferred services

So, our main objectives are to engage our TG with proper service, standing out in online education market by converting our interested users to regular and loyal
ones

Our big idea is to position Alpha Edu as an unique platform with huge resource, flexibility and self paced learning opportunity in online
With our tagline "learn and Grow better" we promise to provide the best and easiest learning way to ensure the educational and professional development of our
consumers

we'll implement our strategic plan in 3 phases, Redesign, Engage and Deliver phase

Firstly, we will restructure our website and will launch an App "Alpha Edu" where 3 types of subscription can be chosen by users. Since we need to stand out in the
crowd we will need to provide unique features to our audience so that they feel the urge to take our services

New addition to our service will be Interactive eBooks where various topics will be explained through embedded videos

For skill development purpose instead of lectures, we’ll provide videos with real life example and collaborate with vocational training colleges to provide best
training for self improvement.

We need to focus on increasing duration of our app users. For quizzes we’ll have exciting games and by being in leader boards users can get attractive gift
hampers and discounts in courses.

For our promotion, we’ll be engaging audiences in social medias via our contents which will focus on the services and offerings of Alpha EDu. We’ll also arrange
free webinar before launching our premium courses, show teaser videos and email marketing to reach the audiences.

We’ll be showing short videos of the courses that’ll focus on the outcomes and practical examples so that users can know what’s in the offering.

We’ll collaborate with popular influencers amongst our target audiences so that they can promote our campaigns and contests in the social media.

In the deliver stage, we’ll connect popular schools and colleges with our platform. We’ll be also arranging live classes, interactive sessions to engage more
audiences to get more social media traction.

In the later stage of our first year, we’ll launch career portal service, where students and job seekers can guide themselves with career experts. They will get
relevant skill based courses, instructions and other benefits to give themself a head start in their career.

Here is the timeline of our different activities throughout the year. We’ll spend almost 40 lakh BDT for all our campaigns expected reach will be more than 82 lakh
people With 0.50 BDT Cost per reach. And our return of investment will be -3.7%

We might face some situations like people losing interest on online courses and decline in number of audience. If these occur, then we;ll have new marketing
strategy, surprising offers in courses and more engaging activities.

So, with our strategic plan we’ll be providing best opportunity for easy learning in online platform and reach mass people with attractive promotional campaigns .
