at the Church Rectory on 19 January 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

The Chairman apologised for the absence of Mr.
Floyd Joseph who was ill and Mr. Ricardo Buts who
was out for the islands.
The chairperson gave a welcome to Emma Fernandez
who is attending his meeting.
The minutes of the meeting held on 19 January 2020
were read, adopted and signed by the chairperson.
It was reported: (a) discussions on technical
difficulties with the lights and furniture of the church
(b) Interviews for a new Secretary had noe been held
and subject to the Board’s approval. The position
would be offered to Mrs. Cindy Smartt. Approval
was given.
The Treasurer informed Council that $5,000 in
donations was received so far for the month
of that. $3,000 came from Dr. Gregory Paul. The
Chairman expressed the need to write a formal
letter of thanks to Mr. Paul Grey.
The Chairman expressed concern about the state of
the church organ and asked for suggestions as to
what should be done about it. Mr. Isidore
suggested that it should be repaired, but Mr.
Edward suggested that a new organ should be
purchased, because the organ was very old and
Repairs might be expensive.
he Chairman suggested that estimates of the cost
of a new organ as well as the cost to repair the
existing one be obtained so that an informed.
