Adjournment AGM 1/12/22 WELCOME The secretary welcomed all members present as per station including the executive AGM 1/12/22 SITTING OF MEMBERS The chair led in this agenda AGM 3/12/22 DEVOTION The chairperson took that opportunity to welcome the ministries secretary Pr. Kiragu who led in the morning devotion from the book of John 21:3 which focused on personal tent making and environment. AGM 4/12/22 READING OF PREVIOUS MINUTES The previous minutes were read and confirmed to be of the true records AGM 5/12/22 MATTERS ARISING i. The name – moved to the main agenda ii. Unpaid dividends – concerns by Pr. Boru and Mugambi to raise to the treasure iii. Grammatical errors – concerning tithe &name of a person (however the secretary responded by asking members contribution on how the name must appear – some belittle their title) AGM6/12/22 CONSTITUTION REVIEW The secretary read the proposed constitution with amendments and proposed to the members whereas the secretary read the proposed constitution and by article. Some issues magnified and noted to be added that; Management committee reduced from 9 members to 7 members NEKF involvement in the welfare Sitting allowance Disbursement of money etc.
AGM 7/12/22 INVESTMENT
Whereas there was a proposed from the executive committee members to begin investing as low as 500, members voted this agenda to be discussed later. AGM8/12/22 REPORTS The three officials were expected to give their reports. The first to give report was the secretary who thanked members for support, it also addressed those who went through difficulties. the treasurer report also presented & voted as well as that of secretary. Treasure report @ person was to get; Members present lunch 500 Savings 3600 Dwi 3300 Total 7400 Absent 7400 – 500 = 6900 The chairman’s report was also read & voted. It was printed & thanked members for support & also NCKF officers. AGM 9/12/22 EVANGILISM It was reported to the meeting through the treasure that the total amount already collected for evangelism was 48000 + 66,000 total = 114,000 where as many proposals were brought concerning evangelism such as I. to divide the money among the 6 stations ii. to use the money as charity iv. To evangilite in a counted area It was agreed the money to be released to do evangelism in uncultured areas. Members who are willing, were requested to write request through the secretary where water the exclusive committee would make a decision on the same. AGM 10/12/22 ELECTIONS The election exercise was led by Pr. S Kireagu. The first office was the treasures office – the three names proposed was Pr. C Karanja, Pr Murungi, Pr Ngio after voting first Charles mwangi became the treasures. There was three member to be elected - from the region - Pr Mutuma Was voted over Pr Mwangi, Mt Kenya East – Pr, Mugendi Was voted and Mt Kenya Central Pr. Ngio was voted. AGM 11/12/22 HANDING OVER Pr S Kiragu LED THE HANDLING OVER PROCESS WHEREBY THE NEW MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE WAS; 1. CHAIR – Pr J Rubiuka (Nyambebi) 2. Sec – Pr B Mutiso (tharaka) 3. Tre – Pr C Charles (isiolo) 4. Pr Ngio – Member Mt Kenya Central 5. Pr Mutuma – member (meru) 6. Pr Mugendi – member (Mt Kenya) 7. Pr Kiragu – ministered (advisor) AGM 12/12/22 DIVIDENDS The treasure was able to tell that the money each person to get present members (7400) absent (6900) it was voted AGM 13/12/22 VOTE OF THANKS The chairperson welcomed the executive sec to give the closing remarks AGM 14/12/22 ADJOURNMENT Having no other business – the meeting came to an end with a closing prayer from Pr. Danso Boru at 4:15 pm
