Minutes of the regular session of the SK Barangay Council of Tubod, Minglanilla, Cebu held on July 03, 2022 at
Tubod Barangay Hall.

PRESENTS:

I. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was call to order at 10 o’clock in the morning by the SK
Chairman Hon. Mae Dianne Deiparine.
II. INVOCATION: a short prayer was led by SK Treas. Miss; Terjen Bastida
III. PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM
IV. READING OF THE MINUTES: SK Councilors read the minutes and interacted/suggested
afterward.
V. BUSINESS CALENDAR
A. Suggestions/Programs
A.1 Councilors approved the program “SK BRGY. PALIGA” to be held on July 17, 2022 at Tubod Basket
Ball Court.
B. Clarifications/Request
B1. SK Councilor Marome Arnet Deiparine requested to have a committee uniform and it was
approved by the SK council.
B2. Councilors clarified the things to remember during and in preparation of the said
Program/Activity included;
B3. PLAYERS Qualifications: Players must age 18 yrs. Old below for Basketball Mediate
group, 19-25 yrs. Old for Junior and Open for Senior group, same as for the Volleyball, and also
Must be a Residence in Tubod.
B4. During the Activity: Participants must be at the venue before the said time.

VI. ADJOURMENT: The meeting was adjourned by Hon. Arnet Deiparine duly seconded by Hon.
Jiggy Fernandez.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 Noon.
