I. CALL TO ORDER
Hon. Regine Mae C. Vasquez called to order the third regular session of the
Sangguaniang Kabataan at 10:00 in the morning at the Barangay Sinayawan Session Hall.

II. OPENING STATEMENT

The opening prayer was led by SK Kagawad Hans Uriel Naldo.

III. ROLL CALL OF ATTENDEES

SK Secretary Joshua C. Fabrigar conducted the roll call. The above-stated
persons were present.

IV. READING AND APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES

Approval of the SK Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) for the 2024
fiscal year.
