Accused, by undersigned counsel respectfully entering his appearance, to

this Honorable Court, respectfully manifests:

1. Last xxx, at around xxxx in the xxx, the undersigned accused

was arrested by the police upon complaint by his xxxx, allegedly for the crime of
xxxx of the complainant.

2. Consequently, inquest proceedings were held, and an

information is filed with aforementioned court, with the recommended bail set to
xxxx, to which the accused already posted bail. Subsequently, the xxxxx filed two
xxxx with a recommended bail of xxxx each.

3. The accused is only a xxx, sometimes acting as xxxx. He

desires to post the required bail but due to financial constraints and considering
that he is receiving no salary since his incarceration since xxxx, he could not
afford the amount of bail recommended.

4. In view thereof, and out of extreme urgency and lack of

financial capacity, undersigned accused is respectfully asking for the indulgence
and compassion of the Honorable Court for the reduction of the recommended
bail to xxxxx, in order to avail of and exercise his constitutional right to post bail.

PRAYER
 WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this
