Dear Sir/Ma’am:

Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

The common problems of the society today are a lot more sensitive to the children and students
especially that most victims are the youth. Anent to that, students are very engaged with the
most widespread issue of addiction and abuse. With the vision to raise awareness and share
substantial information to these individuals involved and the persons who plays a big part of their
everyday life at school, the Canocotan National High School will be conducting Symposium about
the following topics:

 Child Protection Policy

 Drug Awareness
 Solid Waste Management

The said symposium will be on October 29, 2019, 8 o’clock in the morning at Robinson’s Place
Basketball Court. This is to brief and inculcate to the youth the ways to overcome, prevent and
avoid engaging to these widespread societal problems.

In line with this, we are writing this letter of invitation to ask for your presence as one of the
guest speakers during this event.
