Dear Sir;

I would like to request from your good office the permission of the tricycle service, Plate No.
____________________to center and pass Brgy. Buhay, Siniloan, Laguna to ensure the safety of our
students. This request is made due to some instances of other tricycle drivers whose questioning the
entrance and passage of the said vehicle. As of now, our school could not provide school services for
our students to ensure their safe travel from their home to our school and vice versa.

I hope this matter will be given favorable and immediate action.
