Greetings of Peace!

As part of our commitment to preserving life and good will within our community, we
have identified as part of our community service the gathering of our brothers and
sisters in a positive movement towards change. I, Kelvin A. Angeles, Grand Tetrarch of
Theta Gamma Rho Chapter (Pauline Drive) of the Zeta Phi Omega, would like to inform
your honorable office of our upcoming chapter activity, “Limpiesa na Comunidad”, on
October 28, 2018, Sunday, from 02:00 PM onwards. We have identified the main
thoroughfare Don Alfaro St. as our primary concern for cleanliness, starting from Alavar
Restaurant towards Yubenco Tetuan. We aim towards community mobilization and
awareness of keeping our surroundings clean, preventing health hazards and injury
from arising.

We look forward to your positive response regarding this upcoming activity and promise
to be of service to our community. Our utmost cooperation towards your barangay
projects we would surely bid.
