Sir/Madam:

Christmas is a time of giving, caring and sharing the graces of God’s love’ bestowed
upon us. One way of living the true spirit of this festive season is by lending a hand
to those in need. As citizens we are enjoined to give our input and help in any way
we deem fit. In this season, we are called not to focus on our lives alone, rather, we
are asked to look around and see the needs of our brothers and sisters in the
community.

Hence, the school administration in cooperation with the Cabalinadan High School
Employees Association (CHSEA) decided to conduct a simple yet meaningful
CHRISTMAS GIFT GIVING ACTIVITY to our less fortunate parents and students
this coming December 14, 2022, 3:00p.m.

In order to realize the proposed activity, this school would like to solicit from your
benevolent heart, any in cash or in-kind donations so we can complete the
Christmas Food Packs to be given to our target recipients.

We are hoping that this would merit a positive response from your good office.
