the upcoming 171th (1852-2023) Urbiztondo Founding Anniversary Celebration Thru: Street Dance
Competition this coming April 28, 2023.

In this regards we teaching and non-teaching staff and students of Balangay National High School
will make sure that the school will be able to give its best performance during the said competition
and make the experiences of our dear students meaningful that will hugely contribute to the success of
the event.

To defray the expenses to be incurred by the students during the event as well as their expenditures on
