Dear Sir;

Good day!

In lieu of the aim of our school to establish safe and security for our students we tend to seek for the
assistance from the authorities or anyone who could bring this objectives into actions.

As per request of the parents and guardians of Tibuloy National High School, that as much as possible to
have Barangay tanods to assist us in guarding the school entrance for not allowing students to go
outside of the school campus during breaks in the morning (from 9:45 am to 10:00 am) and afternoon
(from 3:00 pm to 3:15 pm). In addition, we would like to ask an assistance from them during Lunch time
(from 12:00 nn to 12:55 pm) to protect or guide our students who will take lunch since that is the only
schedule of the day to allow them to go outside the school with the guidance that they need to be back
before 1:00 pm.
