Greetings of peace and good health!

The campus of Senior High School of Dr. Cecilio Putong National High School is
newly located in Cabawan District of Tagbilaran City. The laudable move
encompasses a direction of providing a place conducive for learning as one of the
many reasons to attain quality education.

The PTA Board of Directors lead an activity called TAGBO SA CABAWAN where
stakeholders come together to work on a concerted effort to temporarily make fences
around Cabawan campus and a clean-up drive on the area planned for exit road.
This endeavor will be participated by parents, faculty and staff that comprises around
1,000 plus people in the morning as scheduled for grade 11 stakeholders and also
another 1,000 plus people in the afternoon for grade 12 parents/guardians. Second
Grading Report Card Distribution will follow right after the TAGBO on Saturday,
February 17, 2024 at 8:00 – 12:00 for grade 11 and 1:00 – 5:00 for grade 12
parents/guardians.

It is in this line and with great hope that we reach out to you for this concern. We
humbly ask you to support us in this journey as we request your good office to
sponsor food, that serves as snacks during the event that may cater around 2000
attendees. The contributions of food donations you will share play a vital role in
ensuring the success of this activity as it help meets the nutritional needs of all
attendees/participants on the said cause.
