Dear Parents/Guardians,

Good day!

Please be informed that your child, being the trainee/officer who is in-charge for the Entrance of
Colors, will be having practices on the following schedule:

June 13, Tuesday 8:00AM- 5:00PM
June 14, Wednesday (Kinder, General Rehearsal) 7:30AM-10:00AM
June 16, Friday (Grade 6, General Rehearsal) 8:30AM-11:30AM
June 20, Tuesday (Grade 10, General Rehearsal) 8:00AM-11:30AM
June 22, Thursday (Grade 12, General Rehearsal) 8:00AM-11:30AM

Also, please take note that they will do the Entrance of Colors for the following ceremonies:

2. Grade 6 Graduation Ceremony June 19, Monday 3:00PM – 6:00PM
3. Grade 10 Advancement June 21, Wednesday 3:00PM – 6:00PM
4. Grade 12 Graduation Ceremony June 23, Friday 2:00PM – 6:00PM

The Trainees (Grade 9 students) are in charge of the Grade 10 and 12 ceremonies while the Officers
(Grade 10 students) are in charge of the Kinder and Grade 6 Ceremonies. The gala uniform for the trainees
will be provided by the school while the officers will wear their type B uniform. Male officers/trainees are
required to have their haircut on or before June 13 and the female officers/trainees are required to have their
hair in clean and polished hair bun using black rubber bands with hair net and hair pin to fix their hair.
Shoes must be black and should be polished.

We hope that you will allow your child to attend the practices and the actual ceremonies. I am
proud to say that through their involvement in the different school activities, your child has created a good
impact and significant contribution in maintaining discipline and order in school.
