I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As dedicated educators at
Saint Clare College of Region 2, we would like to extend our utmost appreciation for
your continuous support and commitment to the growth and development of our
institution.

We are writing to request your kind assistance in ensuring that our upcoming mass and
playground demonstration, scheduled to take place on October 11, 2023, at Our Lady
Pilar Parish Church in Cauayan City, Isabela, runs as smoothly and effectively as
possible. This playground demonstration holds significant importance for both our
students and faculty members, as it provides a valuable opportunity to showcase the
talents, skills.

Specifically, we would like to request that we will have a shorten period and practice
of playground and mass demonstration be scheduled in the afternoon at exactly 1:00-
4:30, and it is effective starting today until 10 th of October, 2023. The rationale behind
this request is to ensure that our students have sufficient time to participate actively
and fully in this event without being rushed or feeling fatigued and in order to ensure
the safety and well-being of the students within this period of time a we teachers hand
over a waiver that will be serves as an agreement to the child, parents, teachers and
school. y

We understand the complexities involved in rescheduling such an event and the


considerations that need to be taken into account. However, we believe that
accommodating this request would contribute significantly to the overall success and
enjoyment of the mass demonstration for both students and staff alike.

We kindly request that you consider our request and, if possible, communicate with the
relevant parties to make the necessary adjustments to the schedule. Your support in this
matter would be greatly appreciated and would undoubtedly contribute to the positive
experience of our students and the success of the event.

Once again, we thank you for your unwavering commitment to our institution and for
considering our request. We eagerly await your response and hope for a favorable
outcome.
