Dear Mrs. Norma Fernandez

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We, the 3rd-year students of the
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (BECED) program at City College of San Jose del
Monte, are writing to formally request permission to observe the activities and routines of
the Kindergarten/Pre-school classroom in your esteemed institution as part of our course
requirement for assessment of children development and learning (ECE 009).

This observation is a crucial component of our academic curriculum. It is our aim to gain
valuable insights into the early childhood education environment and to directly immerse
ourselves in the real environment of a preschool classroom.

We kindly ask for the opportunity to observe classroom activities at your daycare center
on November 20, 2023 at 10am - 12pm . If there are any specific requirements or forms
that we need to complete before the observation period, kindly provide us with the
