Subject: Request for Bus Support for Teachers' Gender Awareness Development Training and Team Building

Dear Governor Guico,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. As an advocate for quality education and
empowerment in our esteemed province of Pangasinan, I am writing to humbly request your kind support in providing a
provincial bus for our dedicated and hardworking teachers of Pangalangan National High School in their upcoming
Gender Awareness Development Training and Team Building program. The GAD training and team building is set to
happen at Payad Beach Resort in Agno, Pangasinan on the 29th of November or on the 1st of December 2023.

Understanding the invaluable role that teachers play in shaping young minds and promoting a robust education
system, the Department of Education has planned a comprehensive training program focused on fostering sensitivity
towards gender issues and enhancing team-building skills among our educators. As such, it is our belief in Pangalangan
National High School that equipping our teachers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools will create a more
inclusive and nurturing learning environment for all our students.

However, due to resource constraints faced by our school, we are currently unable to organize transportation for
all the 60 participants attending this crucial training. Therefore, we sincerely request your generous support in providing
a provincial bus that will accommodate all the teachers attending the program, ensuring their safe and efficient
transportation to and from the venue.

By granting us access to a provincial bus, you would enable our teachers to fully engage in the training
program, subsequently benefiting them as well as the student community they serve. This opportunity will encourage
knowledge-sharing and allow teachers to develop a network of strong peer relationships that can extend beyond this
program, ultimately leading to a positive ripple effect in our educational landscape.

Moreover, we firmly believe that investing in our educators is an investment in the future of our province. With
your support, we can empower our teachers to foster inclusive learning environments, challenge stereotypes, and help
shape responsible, compassionate, and well-rounded citizens who value and respect diversity.
