Sta. Lucia High School will hold its Recognition Day, Moving Up Ceremony and Graduation Rites
this coming April 2, 2020 where student honorees and conduct awardees will be given medals to uplift their
self-esteem and to recognize the persistent guidance of their parents in the realization of their
achievements. In connection to this, we humbly request your good office to contribute medals as sort of
donation or personal support to this matter.

We ardently hope for your favorable response regarding the matter and we sincerely appreciate

Greetings in the name of Public Service!

During the school year 2019-2020, the student population of Sta. Lucia High School from Grade 7
to Grade 12 reached 888, and the school is anticipating more enrollees on the years to come. As a school
and a community, our the primary goal in fulfilling our duties and responsibilities is to cater our clienteles
with the optimum quality of services and security that they deserve in terms of school facilities, learning
opportunities, programs, and among others. However, it will not be completely possible through our mere
effort and initiative for we need a continuing partnership with you in enhancing our public service.

In connection to this, we are humbly requesting your good office to donate construction materials
for the parameter fence of the school and repair of our stage to safeguard the welfare of the students and
to further improve our school facilities. Attached are the pictures of the existing fence for your reference.

More so, our school is greatly willing to work cooperatively with you in the fulfillment of this project.

making our utmost effort in providing facilities to our clienteles in order to show the best in all aspects for
the good of the school community. Nevertheless, it will be completely impossible through our mere effort
and initiative for we need a continuing partnership with you in enhancing our public service.

While the school has existing monoblocks that are used during school programs, still there are
events where we cannot accommodate the entirety of students and other stakeholders due to insufficient
number of chairs. It is for this reason that we are humbly requesting your good office to extend assistance
in installing steel benches in the left and right wings of the covered court that will provide avenue for the
school to hold greater number of audience.

In like manner, our school is greatly willing to work cooperatively with you in the fulfillment of this
project.
