RESOLUTION NO. 14
Series of 2019

RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE DAY CARE CENTER AND ARTACHO ELEMENTARY

SCHOOL OF BARANGAY ARTACHO, BAUTISTA, PANGASINAN TO CONDUCT
NUTRITION MONTH PROGRAM EVERY MONTH OF JULY.

WHEREAS, Punong Barangay Novel M. Niño presented to the barangay legislative body, the
Barangay Executive Order No. 11, series of 2019 particularly in Section 2, Policies on
Child Survival.

WHEREAS, Barangay Executive Order No. 11, series of 2019, Section 2, policies on child
survival is vital and need to implement in the community for the nutrition progress and health
protection of every children.

WHEREAS, Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) shall monitor all
school canteen and food establishments in the barangay if secured with sanitary permit and
submit a copy to Sangguniang Barangay to report all food establishments including school
canteen without sanitary permit to the higher authority.

WHEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Evangeline A. Tadeo, Committee
Chairman on Women’s and Children Welfare and duly seconded by all members of the
Sangguniang Barangay, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, approve the Resolution No. 13, series of 2019,
strict monitoring of food establishments and school canteen secured with sanitary permit in
Barangay Artacho, Bautista, Pangasinan.
