RESOLUTION 003, S. 2021

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR,

HONORABLE ERIC O. SIBUMA OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARINGAY
TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE RIP RAPPING OF THE WESTERN PORTION OF
MANGA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

WHEREAS, Local Government Units are great partners of schools towards the realization of great
programs and projects;

WHEREAS, they shall likewise exercise and discharge other functions and responsibilities as
necessary appropriate, or incidental to efficient and effective delivery of the basic services and
facilities for a barangay which to include but are not limited to infrastructure facilities;

WHEREAS, rip rapping is beneficial to the environment, specifically to the school grounds, as it
prevents soil erosion most especially during rainy season;

WHEREAS, it also works for the safety of the community, especially those who pass by the area on
their way to their homes.

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to humbly request the Municipal Mayor Eric O. Sibuma
to include in his ventures the rip rapping of the western portion of Manga Elementary School,
barangay Manga, Aringay, La Union.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the concerned offices for information,
reference and appropriate action.
