    Pursuant to the local Government Code of 1991, ( RA. 7160) specially Book III,
    Chapter Sec. 39 __(a), you are hereby appointed as BARANGAY NUTRITION
    SCHOLAR of Barangay Kibucay, Upi, Maguindnao effective upon taking oath of office
    until there is a replacement. You may now appear before the proper authority and
    take your oath of office to qualify as BARNGAY NUTRITIO SCHOLAR, thereforth, you
    shall be deemed a public office.
