That We ALBERT P. CARIAGA, LEONA CARIAGA, BALIBON CARIAGA, EDDIE CARIAGA,

DANNY CARIAGA, ROGER CARIAGA, and ERNIE CARIAGA, both of legal age, married, Filipino
citizen and resident of Barangay Kibucay, Upi, Maguindanao are the real owner of parcel of land
were the water source are located.

It is certified further that the family agreed to donate (10mx10m)/ or 100 square/meters
to the HESED FOUNDATION INC. For the project implementation water system.
