Market and Industry Analysis

Service Business Analysis

The childcare business is lucrative. As a result, there are many centers that provide quality care
for children but not in the same area as Little Learners Nursery and Daycare. The childcare
industry is split between large, commercially run centers and smaller, locally owned centers.
Little Learners Nursery and Day Care will compete with the small care centers, this is where the
main competition lies. The age groups that will be served are children 3 months- 8 years old. We
did an open house and on our current waiting list 50 parents had left their names and contact
information that’s interested.

Competition and Buying Patterns

There is no competition in this area due to this business will be the only nursey & daycare
facility to operate from this community.
