Per advisory issued by DILG Regional Director Jonathan Paul M. Leusen, Jr., CESO lll dated
April 18,2024, kindly be informed on the attached DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2024-053
regarding the Nationwide lmplementation of the Barangay Road Clearing Operations,
Assessment, Validation, and Recognition under the Bagong Pilipinas Program.

Further, please be advised on the provisions under Section 5.3.2, "Validation and
Assessment", specifically on the creation of a Composite Validation and Assessment Task
Team (GVATD and the submission of Quarterlv Validation and Assessment Results/List of
Top BaRCO Performers:

ln compliance to the attached DILG ilemorandum Circular No. 2024{153 dated

April 16, 2024 regarding the Nationwlde lmplementaton of the Barangay Road
Clearing Operatlons, Assegsmen( Valldatlon, and Recognltlon under the Bagong
Pllipinas Program, please be advised of the following specifications:

1. Under Section 5.3.2 with the title "VALlDATlOltl AND ASSESSiIENT" -

Item A, the DILG Field, Provincial, and Regional Ofiices shall create a Comoogite
Valldation and Assessment Taak Team (CVATTI composed of Officials and
Personnel provided thereof (page *6 of 11, MC 2024453). The creation of which is to
provide BaRCO Program with the needed support and resource for its successful
conducl of validation and assessment.

2. ln the conduct of BaRCO Validation and Assessment, tools and templates

shall be utilized specifically provided under Sectlon 5.3.2.12 and shall be dulv
accomolished and submitted bv the concemed CVATT throuoh channel.
These tools and templates can be accessed through the link provided under
Section 9.0 with the title "A|{NEXES": bit.lyl3TcUJpm.

3. Under the given schedule in Annex "D" on the Submission of Quarterly

Validation and Assessment Resulh/List of Top BaRCO Performers through Channel,
please be informed and submit the necessary reports and documents on the dates
provided below (per concemed personnel):
