Activity Title : AWARDING CEREMONY FOR DEPED BOHOL ACHIEVERS

(GAWAD EDUKASYON SA BOHOL)
Activity Description: This is an activity aimed to recognize and give incentive and reward
to deserving DepED Officials and Employees.

Duration: Search – November

Awarding – Decembe 14, 2012
Management Level of Program Division-based
Target Personnel: Outstanding DepED Officials & Employees
Budget Requirements: Please see attached budgetary requirements

Rationale:
DepED-Division of Bohol believes that a great way to increase productivity, boost
morale, foster loyalty and increase worker pride in the work place which translates into
higher performance and greater clientele satisfaction is the giving of awards and recognition
to worthy employees.

It is for this reason that the department is launching the “Search for DepED-Bohol
Achievers (Gawad Edukasyon sa Bohol) in the month of November, 2012. The search starts
at the school and district levels, the nominees from which are to be validated at the division
level. The awarding will fall during the Education Week (December 14, 2012) at the Calape
Cultural Center, Calape, Bohol.

Objectives:
The search is designed to recognize and reward the significant contributions and
outstanding performance of DepED Officials and employees to the cause of quality
education in the province.
