“A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2014 AIP OF BARANGAY 4 – PERPETUAL SUCCOR, CITY OF

CABADBARAN, AGUSAN DEL NORTE”

WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the 2014 AIP of Barangay 4 – Perpetual Succor to
include the important programs and projects to be implemented this year;

WHEREAS, the programs and projects to be included is in dire need to provide more
services to our constituents;

WHEREAS, the following must be included in the 2014 AIP;

SECTOR: ENVIRONMENT
SUB-SECTOR: PREVENTION AND MITIGATION ASPECT
 Utilization of the Local DRRM Funds - Php 2,000.00
 Conduct Hazard Mapping and Vulnerability - Php 2,000.00
SUB-SECTOR: PREPAREDNESS ASPECT
 Conduct of Disaster Preparedness Training - Php 3,000.00
 Quarterly Conduct of Assembly Meeting - Php 4,000.00
 Acquisition of Disaster Equipments/Early - Php 5,000.00
Warning Device (e.g.Hand-held Radio, Megaphone,
Rain Coats, Rubber Boats, First Aid Kits, etc)
 Establishment of IEC Advocacy Plan - Php 5,000.00
 Purchase of Relief Goods - Php 10,000.00

NOW THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED, by the members of the Barangay Development Council of Barangay 4 –

Perpetual Succor and the Barangay Council in session assembled to pass a Resolution
Amending the 2014 AIP of Barangay 4 – Perpetual Succor, City of Cabadbaran, Agusan del
Norte.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the City Planning and
Development Council and others concerned for information.

ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY this 24th day of January, 2014 upon motion of Hon. Loida D.
Salingay and Hon. Joecel T. Dultra duly seconded by Hon. Romeo P. Melloria Jr.
