BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 01 s. 2021

A RESOLUTION REORGANIZING THE OFFICERS OF THE MANOBO,

MAMANWA, BANWAON ANCESTRAL LAND ASSOCIATION INC.

WHEREAS, Joel A. Iligan has been made as one of the incorporator and member of
Board of Directors of the MANOBO, MAMANWA, BANWAON ANCESTRAL LAND
ASSOCIATION INC;

WHEREAS, the MANOBO, MAMANWA, ANCESTRAL LAND ASSOCIATION

INC. has reorganized its officers and has recently authorized and added new Members in the
person of ELDENITA A. DAMIAN, EDNA A. SUMANDA and JOSEPH A. AMPO;

WHEREAS, it is necessary to drop Joel A. Iligan as a member of the Board of

Directors of MANOBO, MAMANWA, BANWAON ANCESTRAL LAND ASSOCIATION
INC. to allow a duly authorized, ELDENITA A. DAMIAN, EDNA A. SUMANDA and
JOSEPH A. AMPO to perform the functions and duties as mandated in the Articles of
Incorporation and By-Laws of MANOBO, MAMANWA, BANWAON ANCESTRAL
LAND ASSOCIATION INC.;

WHEREAS, that a duly Board Director member in the person of ELDENITA A.

DAMIAN of MANOBO, MAMANWA, BANWAON ANCESTRAL LAND
ASSOCIATION INC. be elevated to replace Board of Directors member Joel A. Iligan and to
add new Board of Directors members in person of EDNA A. SUMANDA and JOSEPH A.
AMPO.

NOW THEREFORE, the majority of the members of the Board of Directors of

MANOBO, MAMANWA, BANWAON ANCESTRAL LAND ASSOCIATION INC. have
RESOLVED to drop Joel A. Iligan as one of the Board of Directors member and to replace
him with ELDENITA A. DAMIAN and to add EDNA A. SUMANDA and JOSEPH A.
AMPO as the new members of the Board of Directors of MANOBO, MAMANWA,
BANWAON ANCESTRAL LAND ASSOCIATION INC.

APPROVED AND SIGNED by the undersigned Members of the Board of Directors,

this 11th day of JANUARY 2021, at Quarry, Poblacion 9, City of Cabadbaran, Agusan del
