COMMITTEE REPORT

SUBJECT: RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DECLARING THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

NO. 01 FOR C.Y. 2021 OF BARANGAY BASI EAST AMOUNTING TO FOUR HUNDRED
FORTY-SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE PESOS & 85/100 (₱446,135.85)
OPERATIVE PROVIDED THAT AN IMPLEMENTATION REPORT SHALL BE SUBMITTED
TO THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN.

Findings: The above-mentioned budget was technically reviewed and favorably indorsed by the Local
Finance Committee for approval to the Sangguniang Bayan. The Committee on Appropriation after
reviewing the above-mentioned budget concurred with the recommendations of the Local Finance
Committee and found that the above-mentioned budget complied with all the accounting and budgetary
rules and regulation

Recommendation: WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang
Bayan favorable recommends that the Supplemental Budget No. 1 of the above-mentioned barangay be
declared operative by the Sangguniang Bayan.
