SUBJECT: AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE TO VEHICULAR

TRAFFIC THE STRETCH OF PROVINCIAL ROAD FROM FICO BANK TO MARTIN
DUMLAO BUILDING ON AUGUST 13, 2019 AND AUGUST 15, 2019 FROM 7:00 AM
TO 12:00 PM.

Findings: The Honorable Members of the committee conducted an ocular inspection on the
flow of traffic from the stretch of Provincial Road from Fico Bank to Martin Dumlao. As per
their observation, such road is frequently used by any means of transportation. It is also well
noted that the municipality of Solana will celebrate the Aggao Nac Solana from August 13 – 16,
2019. In some of the events, due to limited space, the stretch of the above-mentioned provincial
road will be used as a venue for drum and lyre competition and street dance competition. It is for
this reason, that we request for the suspension of the rules of procedures to approve the above-
mentioned ordinance considering that today is August 7 and we only have few days left.

Recommendation: WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the committee respectfully

recommends for its approval.
