RESOLUTION NO. 2015 – 10

A RESOLUTION GRANTING FRANCHISE TO OPERATE A

MOTORIZED TRICYCLE FOR HIRE (MTH) TO MR RANDY DELA
CRUZ OVER JIBAO-AN –PANDAC-WESTVILLE-BANGGA 5 ROUTE.

WHEREAS, Section 447 (a)(3)(vi) of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise

known as the Local Government Code of 1991 gives the Sangguniang Bayan to
authority to grant franchise to motorized tricycles for hire operating within its
jurisdiction;

WHEREAS, after having complied with the requirements for the granting
of franchise to operate motorized tricycle-for-hire, the SB Committee on
Transportation recommended that such franchise be granted to:

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Nelson S. Herezo and

duly seconded by Honorable Gyzzyn G. Gumban;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved granting franchise to operate a

motorized tricycle for hire (MTH) to Mr. Randy Dela Cruz over Jibao-an –
Pandac-Westville-Bangga 5 Route.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to

Mr. Randy Dela Cruz; Hon. Nelson S. Herezo -SB Chairperson of the Committee
on Transportation, all of Pavia, Iloilo; DILG Provincial Office, Iloilo City; and
other concerned agencies for information and appropriate action.
