APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 09-2011

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 02
AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 02, CY-2011 OF
THE GENERAL FUND INVOLVING AN AMOUNT OF TWELVE
MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED SEVENTY- EIGHT PESOS AND SIXTEEN CENTAVOS
(P 12,332,678.16) AND SPECIAL ACCOUNT IN THE AMOUNT
OF EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND, TWO
HUNDRED TWELVE PESOS AND SIXTY-SIX CENTAVOS (P
899,212.66) FOR APPROPRIATION TO THE HEREIN PRIORITY
NEEDS OF SOME LGU OFFICES WHICH WERE NOT FULLY
PROVIDED IN THE ANNUAL BUDGET, GENERAL FUND AND
SPECIAL ACCOUNT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUINOBATAN
DUE TO INSUFFICIENCY OF FUNDS.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan,

Albay in session assembled, that:
SECTION 1.
That the Supplemental Budget of the Municipal
Government of Guinobatan Fiscal year 2011 of the
General Fund in the amount of Twelve Million Three
Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Eight
Pesos and Sixteen Centavos (P 12,332,678.16) and Special
Account in the amount of Eight Hundred Ninety Nine
Thousand Two Hundred Twelve Pesos and Sixty Six
Centavos (P 899,212.66) was prepared to complement the

portion of the priority programs/projects/activities of the

Municipal Government of Guinobatan which were not fully
provided in the CY -2011 Annual General Fund Budget due
to insufficiency of fund is hereby approved;

SECTION 4.
SEPARABILITY
CLAUSE. If, for any reason, any section or provision of this
Ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, other sections
or provision of thereof which are not affected thereby shall
continue to be in full force and effect.
SECTION 5.
EFFECTIVITY. The
provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its approval.
