BE IT ORDAINED by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay
in session assembled, that:
Section 1. The Supplemental Budget of the Municipality of Guinobatan
Fiscal Year 2011 in the total amount of Twenty-One Thousand,
Six Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and Sixty-Two Centavos
(Php21,677.62) for the priority needs of the hereunder LGU
Office is hereby approved.
The Budget documents consisting of the following incorporated
herein and made an integral part of this Ordinance:

2. Statement of Funding Source
3. Statement of Supplemental Appropriation

Supplemental Budget No. 05 is the Unappropriated balance
generated under Appropriation Ordinance No. 021-2011,

Section 4. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If, for any reason, any section or

provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or
unconstitutional, other sections or provision of thereof which
are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and
effect.
Section 5. REPEALING CLAUSE. Any ordinance or part of ordinance
found inconsistent hereof are hereby repealed or modified
accordingly.
Section 6. EFFECTIVITY. The provisions of this Ordinance shall take
effect immediately upon its approval.
