    The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation pursuant to presidential proclamation No. 99 mandates


    the SK Federation in coordination with the Municipal Local Youth Development Office to Celebrate the
    Linggo ng mga Kabataan on August 10-12, 2019 or the week where the 12 th of August falls to coincide
    with International Youth day in every year, In all provinces, municipalities and barangay’s of the
    Philippines.

    Relative to this celebration may we invite you as one of the resource speakers during the said
    celebration to be held at 1000 steps Nagtipunan, Sto. Domingo, Alfonso Lista , Ifugao.
