RE: Request letter for Basic First Aid Training, Fire and Earthquake Drill

Sir:
Greetings of peace and good health be upon you!

As part of our school’s annual safety program and for the effectiveness in our
organization’s emergency and preparedness and response in case of fire and
earthquake, we want to make our learners, personnels, parents and stakeholders
be aware of the fire and earthquake hazards and how to apply basic first aid inside
the school premise and orient them on how to act safely in the event of an
emergency.

In line with this, we wish to request your good office to conduct an orientation as
well as a drill on the said emergency situations, if possible, this April 28,2023,
Friday at 8:00AM to 4:00PM. This will be held at Sote Elementary School situated
at Purok 6 Sitio Sote, Burboanan, Bislig City.

May we also ask from your good office with regards to the following.
1. Things to prepare during the conduct of the said activity.
2. The number of personnel that will be present during the activity.
