Pursuant to the provisions of Article V, Section 11 of RA 9184, otherwise known as “The Government
Procurement Reform Act” and Rule V, Section 11.2 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations which
prescribe the necessary law, rules and regulations for the modernization, standardization and regulation of
the procurement activities of the government, the following personnel are hereby designated to compose the
members of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat of this School:

Henceforth, personnel listed shall exercise all inherent duties and responsibilities in the BAC, pursuant to
obtaining rules and law.

As provided for in the above-mentioned law, their term of office shall be until the end of the year, renewable
at the discretion of the school head.

Immediate dissemination of this Designation Order is desired.
