RESOLUTION # 01, SERIES OF 2018

RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR THE VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION OF

PARENTS FOR THE HRPTA PROJECT

WHEREAS, the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)

Strand of Bislig City National High School has a total enrollment of forty four students
and is under the advisory of Mrs. Zarah Grace M. Amario.

WHEREAS, a meeting for the Grade 12 STEM was called last June 29, 2018 to
discuss matters on classroom policies, school regulations, and matters regarding the
welfare of the STEM students.

WHEREAS, during the meeting, the need for proper ventilation that will ensure a
conducive learning environment was taken up.

NOW THEREFORE, in motion of the majority of the body present during the
meeting, we would like to request that the parents of the Grade 12 STEM class will be
voluntarily asked to contribute three hundred fifty pesos each to purchase one (1)
air conditioning unit for the Grade 12 STEM Classroom.

RESOLVED THAT, the HRPTA would like to request for the voluntary
contribution of three hundred fifty pesos from the parents of the Grade 12 STEM class.

RESOLUTION # 02, SERIES OF 2018

RESOLUTION FOR THE DONATION OF ONE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT TO BISLIG

CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL THROUGH THE GRADE 12 STEM ADVISER,
MRS. ZARAH GRACE M. AMARIO

WHEREAS, the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)

Strand of Bislig City National High School has a total enrollment of forty four students
and is under the advisory of Mrs. Zarah Grace M. Amario.

WHEREAS, in an HRPTA meeting called last June 29, 2018 it was agreed that
the HRPTA project will be one (1) air conditioning unit to be installed in the Grade 12
STEM Classroom.

WHEREAS, one (1) air conditioning unit was purchased and installed last August
27, 2018.

NOW THEREFORE, in motion of the majority of the body present during the
meeting, we would like to donate one (1) air conditioning unit in the amount of Thirty
Thousand Pesos (P30,000) to Bislig City National High School through the Grade
12 STEM Adviser, Mrs. Zarah Grace M. Amario.

RESOLVED THAT, the HRPTA would like to donate one (1) air conditioning unit
in the amount of Thirty Thousand Pesos (P31,000) to Bislig City National High School
through the Grade 12 STEM Adviser, Mrs. Zarah Grace M. Amario.
