I am Geraldine T. Villanueva, a 1st year student of De La Salle University, taking Bachelor of Science
in Accountancy (BSA). I am one of the excelling honored students in our class during my Grade 12.
One of the blessed students who received an award during the 60th Gawad Parangal held on April
25, 2019.
Having some difficulties due to our financial problems, I am applying for the financial assistance
the Municipality is giving to help me pursue my study. Together with this letter is a copy of my
