Dear Sir/Madam,

It is with regret that I inform you that I am resigning as a member of CARD SME
BANK. I have been a good paying member for years, however for personal reasons I
find it necessary to give up my membership effective immediately. Please accept this
letter as my official notice of resignation from Card SME Bank membership.

I would greatly appreciate your acknowledgement and release of all Savings remaining
