Much adulation to you!

Since the national government has already allowed vacation and inter-island movement from
long-time pressing quarantine period to people’s movement, the Lupon Tagapamayapa of
Sudapin, Kidapawan City is in the course of aspiration for a simple but momentous gathering
which been planned to be held at Arazona Beach Resort, Malita, Davao Del Sur on April 30. Not
just for the purpose of enjoying each other’s company, but the goal of the said event is a way of
thanking our Creator for giving us this year with a firmer and a more established team. We
believe that we made an invincible mark in carrying out a better and peaceful barangay for we
have been able to surpass all tough situations and end up with a beneficial, amicable
settlement for all.

In lieu with the aforementioned, I, in behalf of Lupon Members would like to humbly ask for
your any possible sponsorship or any fund support to augment the expected accrued expenses
in realizing the said event. An assurance that your help will be much appreciated and be
utilized fully and properly.
