To our ever supportive and dedicated school principal, Sir Benjamin U. Subia, Jr., our
hardworking and passionate teachers and staff, my co- parents, a pleasant morning to all of us.
On behalf of Naguillian Central School Parent-Teacher Association it is my pleasure to
welcome you all in this wonderful community.
As we traversed the challenges of covid 19 over the last two years, we are all excited to be back
on campus and been working hard with the amazing teachers and staff to reimagine how the
PTA can best support our students and school community.
I am looking forward to have a great year filled with fantastic events, community building
activities, and importantly supporting our kids and teachers so they can continue to attain
excellence in education.
As the SPTA President, I wanted to take a minute to explain why the PTA plays a vital role in
our school.  First and foremost, we are a volunteer organization hoping to make an impression
on our children's and family's lives.  Like all parents, the PTA supports our children's
educational journey here at Naguillian Central school.  We work collaboratively to support our
school through many volunteer opportunities and events.
It has been proven that a child whose parent(s) is involved in his/her education and school
experience is a more successful student. By getting involved at home and school, children do
better, grades are higher, test scores rise, self- esteem grows and schools improve.
We are aware that for children, parents, and staff alike, adjusting to the "new normal" of school
can be difficult, but we will make it through the academic year because we are stronger as a
team.
As we step into this new journey together, let us be purposeful in being refocused, resilient and
ready to conquer!
Again, I am your SPTA president and it is my honour to serve and support our children as well
as our teachers and our school in building a better community towards excellence.
