TESTIMONIAL

I am writing this reference at the request of ________, 11 years old, eldest

daughter of ____________ and ___________, who is the representative of _______
Elementary School to the Dangal EsP selection in the district of __________.

I have known _______ as an honor pupil at ______ ES. She is one of the
brightest students of her class. In my capacity as Barangay Chairman for almost 6
years, I have witnessed on several occasions during programs and recognition days of
her dedication to her studies.

________ has a very positive attitude and truly embraces learning all there is to know.
She loves to learn. Accordingly, she does the tasks given to her, giving her heart on
accomplishing them.

I have witnessed her participation in school activities and programs like Buwan ng
Nutrition, Buwan ng Wika, Girl Scout, Gulayan sa Paaralan and SPG because as the
Barangay Captain, I am always invited to observe and view the above-mentioned
programs and activities.

On top of the traits mentioned above, she is extremely loving and respectful. She was
always appreciated for her sincerity and for her helping nature towards the teachers and
peers. Certainly, she is worth emulating to her classmates and to the other kids in our
community. With her qualities, I am sure, when the time comes, she will be a welcome
addition to the Kabataang Barangay Youth Organization.

I have no hesitation in recommending her to you to be the “Batang Mapagmahal.”
