Dear Dr. Firmo,

Greetings!

A lack of access to water and toilets can seriously interfere with children's education. ... Fortunately
the community has partnered with the Honiara SchoolWater Sanitation and Hygiene project to build
water and toilet facilities for the students and the surrounding community to use.The LGU of
Tabontabon, Leyte is donating three (3) toilets to our school. Relative to this, the school do not have
enough space for the construction of said amenities. As what mayor Balderian said and I quote: the

Dear Honorable Mayor;

In consonance with DepEd Memorandum No. 36, s.2019 which mandated all public schools to
conduct Brigada Eskwela 2019 also known as National Schools Maintenance Week from May
20-25, 2019 with its theme: “Matatag na Bayan para sa Maunlad na Paaralan”. This activity
engages all education stakeholders to contribute their time, effort and resources in ensuring that
public school facilities are prepared in time for the opening of classes.

Thus, we at Justimbaste Remandaban Senior High School, appeal to your generosity, spirit of
volunteerism and participation in the said activity.
Surely, your presence and service rendered would be of great value for the whole school especially
the students.
