With the vision of providing quality services and education to the school’s stakeholders, the
Canocotan National High School will be conducting its Mid-Year Performance Review Evaluation
(MPRE). The said evaluation will be on October 21-25, 2019. This is to assess the entire
performance of the school and the implementation of DepEd programs, projects and activities.

In line with this, we are writing this letter of invitation to ask for your presence as one of the
guest speakers during this 5 days school event.

The schedule of your talk will be on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 1:15 to 3:15 in the afternoon.
Topics to be discussed will be regarding the Teacher’s Accountability and Work Ethics.
