Activity Title: Conduct of Basketball Summer League

Venue: Barangay Poblacion
Date: March 21, 2024

RATIONALE:

Basketball is one of the favorite sport of the constituents of Barangay Poblacion. It is for the
reason that all barangays in the municipality have their own respective basketball courts. In fact
all of them hold basketball league’s every fiesta, moreover, others during summer and Christmas
season just like what we are celebrating now.

Barangay Poblacion Basketball Summer League aims to develop the values of sportsmanship,
excellence, camaraderie, discipline and develop their knowledge and skills in basketball.

OBJECTIVES:

 To give our athletes the necessary skills to perform successfully in basketball and life
with an emphasis on sportsmanship, respect, responsibility, leadership and teamwork.
 To incorporate elements of fun and competition and turning youth’s attention away from
negative influences such as vices, drugs, etc.

PARTICIPANTS:

All youths who are willing to participate residing in barangay Poblacion.

BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS:

The total amount of Thirty Thousand Pesos (P 30,000.00) is appropriated for the Basketball
Summer League.
