I. Rationale :

 To provide opportunities for the players to promote responsible behavior and development of
knowledge, attitudes, skill and this is one of our training of our youth to develop sportsmanship and build
camaraderie among the players as well as carving juvenile delinquency problem.
 REPUBLIC ACT NO.10742 SEC.2 The state recognizes the viral role of the youth in nation- building. Thus,
promotes and protects their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being, inculcate in them
patriotism, nationalism and other desirable values, and encourages their involvement in public and civic affairs.

II. Objectives

The primary objective of this activity is to develop the youths for they have a vital role in nation-building
particularly the activity aims to.
Particularly, the activity aims:
 To develop the spirit of sportsmanship among young individuals
 To build camaraderie among the youths
 Put into good use the energy of the youths by developing good health

Recommendations: We hereby recommend to possible funding for the success of the activity. It is further
recommended that the estimated amount of PHP 86,360.00 shall be taken from the allocation of YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM AND PROJECTS and the remaining amount of Php
43,000.00 shall be taken from the Sponsorship from the private individuals.
